For my employer, Bureau Kellerman I helped to create the following outdoor campaign for Burger King. The text reads: “As if you robbed us”.

Summer Dance Party 2007

Every summer, at ’surf island aalsmeer’ there’s this festival called ‘Summer Dance Party‘. In 2007 I offered my services to the organisation. Resulting in some sexy flyers and tickets.

It’s a shame I couldn’t actually be at the party because I was in Spain for a summer vacation. With DJ’s like Laidback Luke and Cor Fijneman it would have been a great party.

JinSo fence signs

Jinso is a very hip loungebar and oriental restaurant at the ‘ArenA boulevard’ in Amsterdam. When starting to build their current modern restaurant I was asked to make some signs so that people would know what’s happening and where they would be during the building process.

Later, I was also asked to make a large banner as a background to their temporary terrace, some flyers and an ad.

Toys “R” Us holiday folder

My employer has some pretty big names as clients. One of them used to be Toys “R” Us and I’ve done a lot of work for them. One of it was the ‘Sinterklaas’ brochure.

Sinterklaas is a traditional Winter holiday in The Netherlands. A lot of presents are given by the old man to a lot of children so that’s why Toys “R” Us releases their biggest folder in the year for that occassion.

When asked to work on this project I didn’t think I would be involved so much as I did. Except for the multimedia pages I’ve worked on every page of the ‘book’. The cover, intro-page, backgrounds, prize-indicators and several illustrations came from my hand.

Too bad Toys “R” Us left us as a client and doesn’t exist in The Netherlands anymore. All the toy stores became ToysXL stores. I wonder what their winter holiday brochure looks like this year.
