Local broadcast station Meerradio & Meertelevisie asked me to make a character. It became a duck with headphones. Which they used for several purposes.

The mascotte of the broadcast station is a duck because the ‘Haarlemmermeer’ where the channel is operating used to be a lake and it seemed fitting .

So after that, it was time to redesign their business cards and stationary. It features a skyline of some of the most recognizable buildings in the area in a contrasting blue.

Now, once in a while I the station let’s me make ads for local newspapers, folders and so on. Coming up are little television animations with the duck, a redesign of their website and maybe fun promotional items. Stay tuned!
